This is a rare Art Deco gilt-bronze study of 2 herons showing a puzzled curiosity as a small turtle walks across their path. An interesting and amusing piece. Mounted on a black marble base and signed E. Garin into the marble.
Measurements
ConditionThe cast is very good with a mellow aged patina to the gilt finish, the marble base has minor nibbles all that you would expect of a sculpture of this age.
